How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Bring the charger and purchase receipt/M-Pesa transaction reference to our CBD walk-in service desk at Rahimtulla Trust Building, 1st Floor, Room 21, or courier the unit to us from upcountry. Following a 5-minute technical bench test, a replacement unit is issued immediately.
