Are your laptop chargers original or compatible replacements?
We carry both genuine OEM factory chargers (backed by a 12-month warranty) and Grade-A certified compatible adapters (backed by a 6-month warranty). Every product page clearly specifies whether an item is Original or Compatible.
How fast is delivery within Nairobi?
Orders within Nairobi CBD and surrounding estates (Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Kasarani, Karen) are delivered within 2 to 4 hours via dedicated motorcycle riders. Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
Do you deliver upcountry to other towns in Kenya?
Yes, we dispatch daily to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Kiambu, and all 47 counties via Fargo Courier, G4S, Speedaf, and regional bus parcel networks. Transit takes less than 24 hours.
Can I use a higher wattage charger on my laptop (e.g. 90W instead of 65W)?
Yes, absolutely. Laptops draw only the amperage they require. Using a 90W charger on a 65W laptop causes no damage and actually allows the charger to run cooler and last longer. However, using a lower wattage adapter (e.g. 45W on a 90W gaming laptop) is not recommended.
What happens if I receive a charger with the wrong pin size?
We provide an immediate 30-day exchange guarantee. Simply bring the unit to our CBD shop or send it back via courier, and we will swap it for the correct pin size.
Can I pick up my charger directly from your Nairobi shop?
Yes, you can visit our walk-in counter at Rahimtulla Trust Building, 1st Floor, Room 21, Nairobi CBD (Moi Avenue/Kenyatta Avenue junction) between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM Monday to Friday, or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday.
