Ordered the wrong pin diameter or wattage for your laptop? Don't worry. We provide a 30-day exchange window to ensure you get the exact adapter your computer needs.
Exchange Conditions
- The charger must be returned in its original condition with the serial barcode sticker intact.
- Cables must not be cut, spliced, or physically compromised.
- Proof of purchase (M-Pesa reference code, order ID, or receipt) must be presented.
Exchange Procedure
- Walk-in Exchange: Visit our Nairobi CBD shop with your laptop. Our technicians will test the correct pin right in front of you and complete the exchange immediately.
- Upcountry Exchange: Send the adapter back via any regional courier. Once received, our team dispatches the correct replacement back to your town within 24 hours.
